Happy Friday!
Friday is usually when I do my meal planning for the upcoming week. There are three reasons that Friday works best for me:
My daughter has swim practice on Saturday mornings and there’s a grocery store two miles from the pool. I drop her off, get my shopping done, then head back to pick her up.
By Saturday, we’re usually out of groceries and it’s nice to start the weekend with a fully stocked refrigerator.
On Monday, I feel more organized and ready for the week because we have groceries and a plan for dinners.
